AN: You do a lot of coaching. Talk about your coaching gig that you do.
JR: I don’t do any one-on-one coaching right now. I like to do speaking and training. I’ve lived and experienced a lot of things, so I can draw parallels to about anything. I get asked to speak a lot on real estate investing. That’s probably number one. But networking is number two.
I’ve pivoted this year. Now all of our coaching training is going to be designed to help people learn how to invest the right way in real estate.
AN: One of the things I love that you’re doing right now that just resonates with me is the a $100 tip. So, let’s talk about that for a minute.
JR: My buddy posted this video for Christmas where he gave this waitress a $100 tip. I started thinking, “That’s a way to actually bring together great people.” They’re paying a $100 tip. It’s a networking type thing. You’re going to change somebody’s life. So, we do it every week.
Everybody has a struggle, and especially people that are servers and have been hit the hardest by a lot of this [pandemic]. So, it’s just a really good way to help these people out. They are the people that need it right now.
