At our 2022 annual gala, Nikki Walker, Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Domo, spoke about the importance of diversity and inclusion at every level of community, business, and government.
“Everybody needs diversity. Everybody needs a new perspective,” she said. “Everybody needs to understand who they are serving, and you cannot serve the community in a homogenous way. When there are five white, straight, cisgender men at the table, we are missing a lot of things.”
